Home Watch is a professional, scheduled visual inspection of your home or property to identify obvious issues before they become costly repairs. Whether you are away for a few weeks or an entire season, Mellissa Ringer provides the dependable scheduling and personalized care your property requires.

After every visit, you will receive a comprehensive digital report documented with photographs, giving you complete transparency and peace of mind.

Detailed Visit Reports

Following each scheduled Home Watch visit, you will receive a detailed digital report that includes:

  • Date and time of the inspection
  • Photos documenting the condition of the property
  • A summary of observations
  • Any maintenance, safety, or security concerns noted during the visit
  • Recommendations for any issues that may require your attention
  • Confirmation that all requested Home Watch services were completed

If an urgent issue is discovered, you will be contacted promptly in accordance with the Emergency Authorization section of this Agreement.

Secure Client File Access

For your convenience and peace of mind, you will be provided access to a secure Google Drive folder dedicated exclusively to your property. This folder serves as your digital client file and provides convenient access to important documents at any time.

Your secure folder may include:

  • HomeWatch visit reports
  • Inspection photos
  • Property Intake Form
  • Service Agreement and related documents
  • Emergency contact information
  • Service checklists
  • Any additional documents necessary to provide and document the care of your home

Your digital file will be updated throughout the duration of your home watch services, providing a complete record of inspections, observations, and communications regarding your property.
